[combat modules]
Vape V4 has all the combat modules you could need, including some lag modules like delay velocity, backtrack, fakelag, etc. It also features decent randomization to bypass anticheats. It also has features like Silent Aura which are good for ghost cheating tho I am personally not a huge fan of it

Vape has, thanks to it being such an old client, a lot of visuals for anything you would need and featuring a way to select any block possible I personally quite like. There isn't much to say other than it has what you need.
[personal opinion]
I am personally quite the Vape Hater. I am really not a fan of Vape abandonning blatant modules and, even more than that, killing and removing them. Nontheless, I have to admit that while I prefer other client for ghost cheating, Vape is both a pretty solid and affordable client with feature both for classic and new pvp.
